About me

Jamie Resker is President and Founder of Employee Performance Solutions (EPS) and is recognized as an established thought leader and innovator in the area of performance management. She is the originator of the Performance Continuum Feedback Method®, a tool for systematically diagnosing employee performance issues and development opportunities and crafting messages about even the most difficult to talk about behavior based issues. The approach presents a new model for managers to master the ability to create hearable and “sayable” talking points designed to minimize the disruptions and discomfort that come from recurring patterns of disruptive behavior and underperformance. Jamie is also the Director of the Work Systems Affiliates Performance Management Practice Group. and is an instructor at the Boston University Corporate Education Group where her programs are offered publicly and to corporate clients. Through coaching, training and licensing services the Jamie’s programs are used in organizations ranging from Fortune 1000 corporations to medium sized businesses, non-profit organizations and the US Government.
