About me

Frode Heimen works as Customer Service Manager at Kwintet Norway, a major work wear company. He is passionate about leadership, motivation, coaching, customer service and fun at work. Frode is an autodidactic leader, climbing his way from the call center floor to the top in just five years. By education he is a web master and has been working with e-commerce for several years.

He is a single dad and lives with his seven year old son in the most beautiful parts of Norway (yes in a fjord) - he likes fishing, chess and soccer, when not busy writing and sharing his knowledge on his blog.

His advice: You don't need an education to read books.
