Gina Abudi has over 15 years consulting experience in a variety of areas, such as project management, strategic planning, process improvement, business impact and ROI, management/leadership, and development of strategic learning and training programs.
Gina is Partner/VP Strategic Solutions at Peak Performance Group, Inc. Since 1987 Peak Performance Group, Inc. (PPG) has been partnering with clients in over 40 countries around the globe and offering complete solutions integrating and optimizing their enterprises’ leadership capability, organizational effectiveness and human potential.
Prior to joining Peak Performance Group, Inc., Gina has worked for Boston University Corporate Education Center as VP of Strategic Initiatives, had her own consulting company and has worked in various management roles at McKinsey & Company, Inc.
Gina was honored as one of the Power 50 from PMI® – one of the 50 most influential executives in project management, working to move the profession forward.
Gina currently serves as President-Elect, PMI® Mass Bay Chapter Board of Directors, 2010 – 2011.
The PMI® Massachusetts Bay Chapter is the 6th largest US chapter of PMI®, the premier not-for-profit organization for promoting the principles and practices of project management. The PMI® Mass Bay Chapter is 2300 members strong, including 1300+ certified PMPs®.
Gina has served on the PM Summit/BA World Advisory Board and as Chair of PMI®’s Global Corporate Council Leadership Team. She was previously an Associate Board Member for Simmons School of Management Alumnae Association.
Gina has presented at various conferences and forums, including PMI®’s Global Congress, on topics such as business impact and ROI analysis, developing a project management best practice, building effective project teams, and assessing skills and capabilities.
