Gina Abudi has over 20 years consulting experience in a variety of areas, such as project and process management, strategic planning for small businesses, business impact and ROI, management/leadership, and development of strategic learning and training programs.
She is co-author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Best Practices for Small Business, ISBN: 9781592579938, to be published by Alpha Books in October, 2011.
Gina was honored as one of the Power 50 from PMI® – one of the 50 most influential executives in project management, working to move the profession forward.
Gina currently serves as President, PMI® Mass Bay Chapter Board of Directors, 2011 – 2013. The PMI Mass Bay Chapter is one of the largest in the United States and in the top 6% of all chapters worldwide by size. The Chapter has over 2,300 members, including over 1,500 certified Project Management Professionals (PMP®).
Gina is also serving as Co-Chair of the NEHRA 2011 – 2012 Program Committee.
Gina has served on the PM Summit/BA World Advisory Board and as Chair of PMI®’s Global Corporate Council Leadership Team. She was previously an Associate Board Member for Simmons School of Management Alumnae Association.
Gina presents at various conferences, forums and industry and corporate events on topics ranging from project and process management to general leadership and ROI.
