Project Business Case

The sales group has grown from 5 full-time employees to over 25 in 2 years.  Previously, no CRM system has been used, rather the sales group has kept client contacts in their Outlook and on Excel spreadsheets.  Given the expansion in the business (25% growth in revenue in one year) and the significant increase in sales staff requires the need for better control via a CRM system.

CRM system developed and implemented meets the needs of both sales & marketing.

Expected Risks

Budgeting is estimated and there is a risk that it will increase as needs of stakeholders are finalized.

This is a large development effort for the Application Development group and there are a few unknowns that may affect the timeline of 1 year to completion and rollout.
