You are certainly welcome to reference the material with a link back to the blog. I&#039;m glad you found it of value to want to do so.

Especially with onboarding it is just one more thing on people&#039;s plates that they have to worry about and that what makes it fall to the wayside too often.  However, those organizations that have a plan and process in place for onboarding, and follow it with support throughout the organization will find that new hires are up to speed so much quicker which means they are making a positive impact on the organization faster.  Additionally, these employees are retained longer by the organization.

I also work with orientations and onboarding processes and it&#039;s so nice to see this is something that is growing in interest. My first work experience was fantastic in terms of orientating and onboarding and I must tell you that I never saw the process repeated in that way throughout most of my work history and I recognized it as a huge gap...I was actually quite surprized to see the information out there around this topic but also somewhat taken aback by how many businesses still don&#039;t take it seriously...good work!</description>

Other companies that I know of that do onboarding programs include:

KPMG

McKinsey &amp; Commpany

I haven&#039;t worked with these companies in this capacity (although I used to work at McKinsey &amp; Company way back when), but have heard of onboarding programs that are quite successful at each of them.  

If you are on LinkedIn, I would definitely recommend joining the Onboarding LinkedIn Group (I belong to it) - it is called: Onboarding Best Practices- Clearing the 90-Day Hurdle.  I bet if you put your question out there you would hear from many whose company have an onboarding program or of ones they know of.
