Please explain more about the eSAT Model - I must admit I have not heard of it.  As for employee engagement specifically around IT implementation and policy support implementation - that is more change management and socialization which may encompass employee engagement of course. As for hiring/choosing a HR strategy consultant - I&#039;m not sure I would use employee engagement for this; though certainly may expect such consultant to use employee engagement strategy in order to implement whatever they have been hired to do.  Follow up methods of employee engagement are done - in cases of clients I have worked with - via surveys, focus groups and interviews.
