About me

Dr. David Haddad proved himself a leader in academics, sports, religion, finance, organization, and family. As he describes it, “My leadership ability and knowledge were put to the test in several areas. I’ve led sports teams, most to victory, some to defeat. I led a large (>300) religious community over four years. Spanning a decade, I was an NASD licensed financial and operations principle and compliance officer of two, and president of one, investment company. I was a thought leader while a doctoral student at Fielding Graduate University (ACW395) and for the past three years+ established and led the Fielding Alumni Network in San Diego, California.

“I raised (with the assistance of their vivacious mother) two girls to healthy, successful adulthood and parenthood. (No small feat in American society.) I currently coach business owners and leaders, professional artists and performers, attorneys and bankers, and consult organizations where the priorities center on resolving conflict and creating a learning organization.

“While all this may sound great, as if I am just one more self-promoter, an accomplished man, remember this: leadership always comes at a high price, with a higher level of personal and professional testing of one’s goals, intentions, and emotional well-being than is demanded by those merely sitting on the sidelines and taking pot shots at those who champion a good ideas. I’ve taken - and been tempered by - my share.”
