Linda Pophal is a communication consultant at Strategic Communications, LLC and a business journalist with an extensive background in strategic marketing, corporate communications and employee relations. As a director in the fields of education, energy and healthcare, Linda has managed all aspects of corporate and marketing communications, including employee communication, public relations, advertising, market research and brand management. She has led several strategic planning initiatives in the areas of crisis management and marketing planning. Linda works with clients to assess communication effectiveness, develop plans to meet identified goals and implement tactics that include a mix of traditional and new media.
Linda is the author of The Essentials of Corporate Communications and PR and a lecturer in the communication and journalism department at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
