Thank you for your thoughtful comment and for reading. I do agree that it seems - with today&#039;s economy - too many managers/leaders have lost their path. Continued communication if the company if struggling is essential! Continuous support of your employees is also needed to keep them engaged and focused on the right path. When you start forgetting about the employees - they become disengaged and morale sinks and when the market opens up (and we are seeing this already) - your best people move on.

		<description>What a great list Gina! These are things that not many managers seem to use as a guide anymore. I feel that the declining economy has really shifted managers attention toward things that do not necessarily help the company as a whole. Creating a structured culture like this can really provide a business with the tools it needs for success.</description>
