If you sell something without realizing that you'll lose money in the long run (when the project is over) because you don't have properly qualified staff, you're making a terrible mistake. The chances of problems cropping up during the project are significant - so much so that it can affect your credibility with the client as well as the staff. Don’t let a dangling carrot of money make you a poor decision-maker when it comes to projects.
